CANCELLATIONS:

Should you need to cancel or part-cancel your booking, please inform the Grange immediately.  To guarantee bookings we request that reservations are confirmed by a deposit equal to the cost of one night's booking by cash, cheque, credit or debit card.   This deposit is refundable - less any payment transaction charges incurred by the Grange - provided that notice of cancellation is received prior to 18:00 (UK local time) two days before the scheduled arrival date.  If notice of cancellation is received after this time, you will be liable for the cost of one night.  If you fail to arrive without giving notice then the cost of the complete stay becomes due.

EARLY ARRIVALS / LATE DEPARTURES:

Early arrivals and late departures are - subject to availability and a fee of £20 will be levied subject to:  

Early  arrivals after 11am and prior to 3pm £20 - arrivals prior to 11am will incur a half day charge.

Late departures between 11am and 2pm £20 - departures after 2pm and prior to 5pm will incur a half day charge.

The Grange reserve the right to accept or not accept any booking.

EARLY DEPARTURES:

If, after arrival, you need to shorten your visit and fail to provide 48 hours notice of your new departure date, you will be liable to a supplementary charge equal to the cost of one night's booking in addition to the cost of the actual nights stayed.
